As Asmodeus566 mentioned, I'm afraid we're completely unable to assist with account bans or suspensions on the forums.

While you're welcome to submit an additional appeal to our Terms of Service team, ultimately they have the final say when reviewing these types of situations.

If they've already declined to remove a penalty, that is not something we'll be changing on the forums either.
