I'm afraid we are unable to review any account actions on the forums, so please be sure you've included any additional information when appealing this type of action, if you hadn't already done so. 

Please do keep in mind account reviews would be generally based on what took place on that particular account, so in that regard these are essentially two separate situations to be reviewed.

You're welcome to reach out to appeal the action on the banned account again, however if our Terms of Service team has declined the appeal that is not something we'll be changing via the forums either.

If the ToS team has reviewed the appeals numerous times and determined the action was correct, then I'm afraid that would be final. 

If you have new or additional information that was not originally included you're welcome to create a new appeal. Ultimately there are only so many times the same information can be reviewed while hoping for a different outcome, however.
