[2022] No warnings only perma bans

I'm afraid we are unable to review any account actions on the forums, sorry.

If your friend feels the action was placed on their account incorrectly, they'll need to submit a new appeal to have our Terms of Service team review that situation again. 

Keep in mind that we don't discuss actions taken on other individual's accounts. If you were targets of abuse in prior games and had reported that chat, it will be investigated and the appropriate actions will be taken. 

If you did not have a chance to report that in-game, feel free to report it here instead so we can be sure it's addressed. It's inaccurate to say that "nothing happened to them" if they were reported, as you would have no way to determine what happened to another individual's account after the match/report, thank you for taking the time to make sure that type of behavior is brought to our attention.
