I'm afraid we're not able to investigate or review any account actions on the forums. It would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. If you've already created an appeal, our Terms of Service team will look into that ban for you and reach back out via email, so you'll just want to wait on that reply.
Please be sure you've checked through these security steps to help prevent anyone else from getting back into the account. An advisor can help make sure the account is secure if there are still any concerns after that point.
