Aside from the password reset you mentioned, please be sure you've taken some time to go through these security steps as well, just to ensure no one else may still have access to your information.
Beyond that I'm afraid we're unable to review or make any changes to accounts via the forums, but I would suggest creating a case here to report an account compromise first.
An advisor will be able to take a look over the account with you to see if anything else was changed and help re-secure the account.
The actual ban can only be reviewed by our Terms of Service team. An advisor can set up that appeal for you after re-securing the account, or you can submit an appeal directly with these steps.
If the ToS team has replied multiple times without removing the ban, that is not something we'd be able to address on the forums either, sorry.
