Unfortunately, it does appear this account was linked to a new EA account roughly a year ago, which would be the reason for these missing cosmetics.

 

The only way to restore that content would be to re-link the account back to the original EA account where it was first unlocked, as the progress is stored on your EA account and not the Xbox gamertag. 

 

Our support would not be able to grant the content as it's already existing on an older account, however if you're unable to recall which account was used previously or no longer have access to re-link the account, you would need to work with support to try and get that information updated.

 

We're unable to assist with this on the forums as that will require discussing and verifying some additional info about the account which can't be done in a public board.

 

You should be able to look through your case history here to see older cases where this was discussed at the time as well if that helps provide any other context or information you can use when discussing this further with support.
