[2021] Coins not being added

In some cases it can take up to 24 hours for transactions to fully process.

 

If you're still not seeing those coins on the account after that, please do reach out to an advisor so they can take a look for you, as this is not something we can review on the forums.

 

You'll need to have this proof of purchase information available as well when reaching out, thanks!

And while that's generally the case, if there's particularly large volume for some reason it can take slightly longer.

If you're still not seeing those however, as mentioned we can definitely look into this further if you reach out to an advisor with the above info.

If that purchase was made through Origin do feel free to reach out to an advisor directly so they can check and make sure you weren't charged if a transaction failed to go through.

 

If that did go through but you still have no coins to show for it, they'll be able to check into that as well.
