There is a bit more activity currently due to the new event today, so those purchases may be taking slightly longer than normal to appear.

If the coins haven't shown up after 24 hours, please reach out to an advisor so they can look into this further.

You'll need some additional Proof of Purchase verification, so I'd have those screenshots handy as well.
