While you're using Steam to sign in, it may be worth checking to see if you're able to launch the game through the EA app as this can sometimes help trigger those coin purchases to appear.

 

If you're still not seeing them otherwise, please be sure to contact support for assistance in this case, as we're unable to make any adjustments to your account or coins from the forums.

 

They'll need to verify this proof of purchase information before continuing, so please be sure to have those screenshots available when reaching out.

If those coins still have not shown up after 24 hours, please be sure to follow the same steps in my previous post.
