Account bans aren't something we would be able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team will need to take a look and determine if the ban can be overturned. You can find more information on how to set up a case with them over at the EA Help site

 

If you've submitted a case with them, that is all you would need to do for now. The team will review your account and follow up with you via email as soon as they can. They do review appeals like this on a case-by-case basis, so I'm afraid we don't have a way of seeing how long the investigation may take. Keep an eye out on your email for their reply.

Account issues aren't something we can help with directly here on Answers HQ. If your account was disabled it would be best to reach out to EA Help so they can take a look. 

 

For more details on how to create a case with them visit the EA Help website. Since you can't currently access the account be sure to select "Manage my account" as the topic of your case, then select "Can't log in" as the issue. That will let you set up a case without having to sign into the disabled account.
