Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension

They will review your appeal and examine your account history. If your appeal has been reviewed multiple times and the claim has been denied, we are unable to change that decision or provide additional information.

Not sure where you "heard" that, @TheGirthyTrunk but all CM's here do work for EA. Just thought I should clarify that. Hope you have a lovely week!
