I just read here on one of the threads that it's pretty much confirmed that they will change what we look like in the war mode sort of like New World.... I really hope that's not true and would like for your gear to be shown off during the war. I don't know something about New World when fighting it just feels like a separate game MODE rather than it being actually part of the game when you're forced to be a certain color and the other stuff. I know it prob seems not a big deal but to me I just feel like it's a bit more immersive if maybe instead of youre armor changing and what not to maybe just have red or blue names above the person or an outline.
