Why does my account keep getting banned?

Greetings catibrie, When you make a change to your account, such as resetting the password or updating your email address, your account is temporarily locked until that process is complete. And part of that is locking your forum account as well. The "You have been unbanned email" (without a corresponding "You have been banned" email) is a product of this process. We are working to make this process less confusing, and hope to have an update in the near future. I am closing this thread. Please feel free to make a new post if you have any other questions.
