New Alpha Packages

4 years ago I bought a package for $150.00 and it gave Beta 1 access. Now you can buy Alpha wave 1 for $120.00 Seems kinda sh*tty to leave behind the folks that have been here waiting for many years. Can we request a refund and buy the new package and save $30.00????? Seems like we have already paid for the Alpha wave. So it an oversight or a money garb?

Greetings Gizmaul, We do offer a 90-day refund policy which is posted on our website. The $150 Expeditionary packages also come with 4 months of game time, a couple of cosmetic items, and 5900 Embers. There is significant value in those other items. However, we do offer an upgrade option for Expeditionary package owners who wish to add Alpha Two to their pack. You can view this $25 Add-on by signing in to the Ashes of Creation Shop.
