Will the servers be only regional or open more options, as happens for example in WoW that there are servers, Spanish, English, French, etc. within the EU region?

We have no plans to lock players to servers in their regions, except for harmonized price model regions (as detailed in the wiki link UnknownSystemError shared above).
We do also plan to have a default language for some specific servers in the region of that language, but again they will be open for anyone to join.
