Will Alpha Two First Wave Bundle Grant Me An Access To Beta?

I've heard on AMA Livestream, that Alpha Bundles granting me access only to Alpha phase of the game, but in the bundle it says that it gives me an access to future beta one and beta two test phases. So I just want to make things clear, does this bundle gives me a permission to play on beta or its giving me an opportunity to buy a next bundle for beta? Thank you in advance
