We are looking into the issue where you're not able to spawn on beds too, should have that resolved in an incoming patch

@dragon_rodeo Just a server side patch, no client update necessary... for now. That could change in 20 minutes though, but as of this tweet it's accurate info!
More updates/patches to come. Just want to make it clear that even though we've resolved _some_ issues, that does not mean we're happy/going to stop. We'll be continuing to iterate and update the network and game as necessary.
We're currently redeploying our entire Official Network (v5.5 -- renamed to avoid confusion!). This will put them on all the latest network API as well as fix some issues related to respawning and resolve some performance/connection problems.

@PR3SIDENT This is something we are investigating btw, may come down to the perf issues we're seeing causing timeout probs. We're experiencing it some other ways too, where folks are seeing a character-creation screen at times.
So this is scheduled to go live at 9:30 PM EST. Wanted to get all the servers on the latest network api + fix the respawn in ocean bug (thanks for the screenies+info folks). We may have more patches to come later in the day tackling perf + further connection probs

We'll be redeploying our entire Official Network in approximately 30 minutes to help tackle some connection bugs, server performance, and cases where players would respawn in the ocean. It is a minor version update (v5.3)
We will be pushing out the new network API to the entire region (PVE NA, PVE + PVP EU) as well very soon. Just working out times for deployment right now, in addition to some other fixes for respawns and such. Will keep ya posted!
