@Ddogg80859 @Robb_with2bs We are getting a few reports that if you purchased the standard first and the deluxe second, this issue pops up. Contacting PlayStation for a refund of the standard edition has resolved it for a few people. We will keep looking though!

@Robb_with2bs We are still working on this! Question - did you happen to buy the standard edition, and then the Deluxe Edition separately? We’ve seen some reports of users doing that, which resulted in the unlock error.
