Started playing this game last week. Don't have ANY weapons unlocked because of this f**king bug. I'm getting really tired of DICE embarrasing bullshit. How can you be so incompetent? And now the fix for that has been pushed back ANOTHER f**kING DAY TO TOMORROW! God I start to hate these developers. Why can't they be like the Battlefront II Team? They get shit done and bugs get adressed really quick most of the time
The fix was rolled out this morning.
Have you completed a full round since the old servers were decommissioned? Have you ranked up your class and/or soldier? When you next rank up, those unlocks should come through.
This update is supposed to fix it but don’t hold your breath. I’m in the same boat as you. It’ll be a miracle if the unlocks ever work.

Is there a way to get the weapons and other rewards that I'm supposed to get as I level my classes up? I haven't gotten any medic class rewards, even though I'm medic lvl 10 and have only gotten some of the rewards for the other classes?
It just says that the items are available on level 1, 3, 5 etc. I've seen people sharing about this problem but haven't seen a solution for it. I've deleted and re-downloaded the game and obviously have re-started it.
Am I going to be stuck with the first two class weapons forever?
Have you ranked up your Medic class since the server maintenace? When ranking up, the data service searches for any unlocks and should apply them with your next class rank up.
Eors are working but still can't get level 20 unlock weapons

So after playing around after the update was applied like was suggested with previous posts on the EOR bug topic, I did not completely get all the rewards for the weapons I ranked up while I was experiencing the bug, only the weapon I used in the round. Am I seriously going to need to rank up again each weapon I used while I was experiencing the bug?

The second told me he had unlocked the weapons for me but nothing happend at all

Level locked weapons still don't unlock even with endgame reports working now. I'm getting tired of this. Waiting for a week now to get my weapons, contacted EA Help twice who said I should do this and that to get my weapons but it didn't do anything. And now, after it has been said we'll get the fix today, that it's ANOTHER day until the bug fix. This is just...I can't even describe how ridiculous this is

u/Braddock512 I have completed 3 rounds so far but my unlocks and level CC haven't been refunded to me at all, for example I'm a 13 assault but SMLE and StG44 are still locked to me, and all the gear and CC that comes with it (Shovel, piat, tank grenade and hand gun along with all the CC from the chapter rewards etc)....
Level 33 all up, am I missing something? What do I need to do?

I never made a point to do daily assignments. I started on PC in August, so I guess around the end of CH4. Still doesn't make sense to me though, my friend started on PC at the same time as me and he's got over 200,000.
As mentioned, CC is granted for rank, your playtime isn't really a factor unless you rank up every time you play. Without knowing your Origin ID, I couldn't guess what you should be at - as it would need to take into account any purchased weapons/cosmetics.
Additionally, if your friend DID completely Daily Missions and Assignments while you did not, he would definitely have more than you. (To be honest, comparing one account to another doesn't help as they aren't exactly the same, regardless of playtime.)
I know several people aren't properly receiving CC. A friend of mine quit playing because he never had CC to buy anything (also was never able to unlock the STG-44 due to unlock bug - quite a painful experience during 5.2). I myself don't believe I'm receiving enough, I have over 11 days of playtime on PC but I've never had more than 40,000 CC (I'm not buying anything) but while on PS4 I had about 20 days of playtime but had well over half a million CC. Something isn't right.
Are you completing Daily Missions, Assignments? Did you start playing on PC after Chapter 4? EoR Company Coins was disabled when we added the Promotions Update with Chapter 4 - as you earn CC from ranking up.
Glad to hear about the update. Can we expect the company coin that we earned via leveling during the last week to be added to our wallets? I'm short about 10k right now.
You should receive all progression unlocks/awards that were not delivered to the client.
u/Braddock512 have the bugged rockets on Spitfire and Mosquito been acknowledged? They are absolutely gamebreaking, you can kill any tank with less than one strafe (lol) and they rearm in like 15 seconds.
I've seen that discussed in our Slack rooms. I don't know if there's a JIRA yet, but it is something that has been called out.
When Will dice give my cc back ?, freshly return and not being able to upgrade is bad .
What CC are you referring to?
u/Braddock512 After the last update i lost my Aberdeen Skin for the Churchill. Is it a known bug? Cant find it anywhere being mentioned.
Check again after tomorrow's back-end update/maintenance and see if it's still missing. The update should resync stats (so you'll get your unlocks and progression that hasn't been delivered to the client). If it's a sync issue with the Aberdeen skin, it should be sorted. Otherwise, tag me back AFTER the update and let me know.
Are the stats for Battlefield Tracker getting tracked also? They will update after the fix comes in?
Battlefield Tracker is a 3rd party tool. I wouldn't know what hooks they use to pull your stats, probably an API call. You'd want to check with them AFTER the back-end maintenance completes for a timetable on when their system will resync with ours.
UPDATED ADDENDUMS - RE: EOR Bug
Hey everyone, we've gotten the greenlight to push out the back-end update to address the EoR bug tomorrow, March 11, 2020. During this back-end deployment, you may be disconnected as servers restart. You will not need to download anything. Once the maintenance is complete, you should be good to go.
