The team are humans (and one Droid). July is a time when we can take a breather, sit back and spend time with friends, family and loved ones as everyone goes on vacations.
We will not crunch ourselves to the brink of exhaustion. That is not how healthy game development goes. That is not how DICE will operate.

They've been working on Droidekas all this time and put that in as a teaser.

It was around this time last year when we first announced that Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II would be heading into the Clone Wars. We’ve since been to Geonosis, new reinforcements and heroes have joined the ranks, and the war between the Republic and Separatists continues to rage across the galaxy in Capital Supremacy.
The Clone Wars doesn’t end here. Starting this month, on June 26th to be precise, we have more Clone Wars content coming to Star Wars Battlefront II as part of the Where are those Droidekas? Update.

So is this indicating Battlefront WILL in fact have things announced at EA Play?
Or is this just in reference to the CT that happens to release on the first day of EA Play...?
While Battlefront II may not explicitly be at EA PLAY in the form of an Live Stream, the team are still there and hanging out with the fans. It is indeed referencing the CT that is scheduled to drop on the first day of EA PLAY.
Looks like a goof on their part for sure.
It would appear that we have indeed goofed, in the process of correcting this now!
Edit: We might've been a bit too slow on catching this, but if we share any future use of the calendar it will be a correct version.
