The update is currently going through the stages of being rolled out and it may take a little while for players to start populating as they have finished downloading their own updates :)
We will continue to keep an eye on this, but it should fix itself shortly.

Have pinged this over to the Origin team. As a note, if you own the Standard Edition you will still get future updates for free as they release. Nothing is changing from the way we've done things previously.
