You're going to have the update before Christmas day.

My matches still last an hour-90 minutes or more. Granted I’ve played maybe 5-6 matches in total since the change, but they’re still a little too long and go back and forth. I still think changing the ship phase back to a button/timer would fix things.

You must be very unlucky if they are still lasting 90mins, on a regular basis at least.

Let me know if you're still experiencing this after a few more games.

Don't be sorry, it's completely fine to not know absolutely everything that is going on. It's also more than ok to ask questions.

As others have pointed out, but to reiterate, we do have some content based on The Rise of Skywalker on the way. You'll find out more about it this week.

Isn't the battle point amount only like 80,000? Since CS matches usually last days, I'm not surprised people were reaching that amount.

Most matches of CS now last in the region of 30-45mins

I didn't specify time zones. Sounds like you're dealing in absolutes.

+1 for the quick match!

Imagine walking around a dark corner of a ship's corridor and you just see him staring at you...and then the lightsabers ignite. Fearsome and totally badass character.

I’ve actually noticed a lot of low-level players in my matches recently. Maybe the triple XP event brought some new ones in? Or maybe all the new Star Wars stuff coming out (Fallen Order, Mandalorian, Rise of Skywalker) resulted in a spike in game sales? The mode has been feeling significantly more alive.

Bit of both I suspect.
