I was expecting this, and I’m very happy you are all safe. In my opinion this comes above all else. This game is amazing because of the people who make it, and above all else we hope they are safe.

My deal was that I would deliver the Scarif CT then ride out into the sunset. I still plan to honour that deal.
Double bandaged chewie when?
Not sure Frostbite could handle double the bandage.
With the update being delayed by a couple of weeks, the community transmission discussing the details of that update would naturally be delayed also.
This gives us more breathing room to add or remove things such as fixes/tweaks as we navigate through those additional weeks, rather than releasing the Community Transmission weeks ahead and things changing during that time.
The intention then is to commit to things definitively, rather than amping up the release of it. We're excited just as much as everyone else is, but it has to be done right :)

We wanted to give you a few updates on Star Wars Battlefront II. As you may have seen, last week DICE began its work from home operations in order to best protect the team’s health and well-being.
The Star Wars team have now moved away from our office setup and into our homes.
Work continues on the game but the adjustment from the office environment into our homes has caused some knock-on effects to our workflows. We’re currently streamlining these processes and adapting as we move forward.
As a result of this we have decided to move the release of the Battle on Scarif Update to Mid-April. This is our new target time-frame but as the situation continues to develop, we will keep you posted on any further timing adjustments.

I work in a US hospital (non-clinical, my job is to help the people helping the people) and life has been chaos for the last few months, specifically the last 2 weeks. This game is a great escape, and has gotten so good with all the new content recently.

Working on BFII has been one of the greatest achievements of my career I had the pleasure to work with an amazing bunch of talented people. And although it was a lot of hard work, to me it always felt like I was hanging out with likeminded friends that wanted the same thing as me...make the best Star Wars game ever!
So it’s with great sadness that I must say that I will be leaving DICE at the end of this week.
I have nothing but love for DICE and everything they have done for me.
I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge how much I appreciate everything you guys have done for us as a team. Your constructive criticism has been invaluable. This is exactly why the game has returned to form after so long.
More than anything this community has showed me that if you listen to your core community the people that truly care for the game then you are already half way to making a great game.

The last time we had Unlimited Power was actually Jan 1st 2019. Some may confuse this with Heroes Unleashed form of gameplay, this isnt that. This is chaos and we've only ever done it once before today. :)
