Head on over to the Battlefield V sub to know what the future of DICE community involvement is. Spoiler alert, it's effing terrible. DICE isn't a well run machine anymore sadly.
Fun fact, I run (for a little while longer at least) Community for all DICE games.

I hope you will never work with the fifa community then. The fifa community is super toxic unfortunately and even some of the content creators are kinda toxic. Like the Kurt case a couple of days ago
People said the same to me about the Star Wars community two years ago.
Serious question, what's the purpose of the toxicity question? Like for me it all happens through players messaging me through Xbox messages. Something that can't be helped by you guys. Also happens pretty much everytime I play too, but you learn to ignore the harsh people.
It's a good way for us to get a temperature check on how the community is behaving. The survey data indicates that toxicity has dropped since July 2019. This is just a small sample from the overall community, but it's an important metric for us to keep an eye on.
Please do report people to the teams at Xbox that send messages. You might have learned to Ignore the harsh people, but what if they are left unchecked and send messages of hate to a young child, or someone who is already going through real life stuff.

Yes a client patch is something we as players need to download. A server patch is on the devs side and we don’t have to do anything
