This is an awesome celebration of Hacienda and Hardpoint! Well done! Mad respect for the time and effort it took to create and translate.

Thank you for taking the time to create this report. Make sure to report all suspicions in-game as this provides our team with necessary information immediately upon submission. A few notes regarding in-game reporting and the submission process:

  • In-game reports work.
    • In-game report investigation/enforcement results outpace combined social media reports across all Black Ops 4 platforms.
  • Investigations are thorough and may take time.
    • In addition to our evolving efforts to monitor and enforce, our team investigates in-game reports to make the right decision. This process may take time and may land outside of the community's definition of timeliness.
  • We take this seriously.

The most blatants cheaters were MehdiYK, Heisenberg (which got banned) and two more others which might also got banned because I've never seen them anymore. Even if it took time, at least they got what they deserved, so good work on that Treyarch!

Flash forwarding as of today: they're back at it again.
MehdiYK has somehow dodged the ban, even with the tons of reports made here on Reddit/in-game (1, 2, 3, ...

First and foremost, thank you for creating the report. I'll pass it along.

Regarding the below:

I'm not sure why Treyarch won't confirm if that's an option, and if yes, in which conditions it is applied, but it's evident we need it on first offence of cheating, considering the time it takes to get them banned and how small the PC community is. I think it's a fair request.

Active policy enforcement is the proverbial cat and mouse game, and we don't share the outcome or process of investigation as part of our policies. The goal of avoiding specifics is to prevent passing that information on to cheaters who may use it to exploit further or evade.

I understand that this may not be satisfactory for you or others. However, it is a standard policy approach for most enforcement scenarios. Ultimately I can only assure you of the points I often share:

  • In-game reports produce results and share the nece...

It’s the sole weapon I want to equip in zombies and I grinded 500 hours for it.

I don’t have an update for that.

Recent hotfixes should have been playlist changes only.

I'm going to tag /u/ATVIAssist so that they can help create a case for you and assist in ways that I can not.

Right now my immediate suggestion is to attempt a clean boot. See if that helps/alleviates the situation.

Happy to see that you were able to take these players out. Can you share what platform this was on? I see the PS4 controller UI, but want to make sure before sending it off for investigation.

Off topic Fox, but are there any plans to add the new weapons as floor loot in Blackout?

I am currently unaware of any changes regarding loot distribution coming to Blackout.

I love these moments. I've definitely rushed into a room with my own grenade before.

/u/TopToffee8, please shoot me a DM regarding the above.

He's here to interact with the community, gather information in cases like these and pass it on to those who are responsible for dealing punishments and/or fixing things. I just want to clarify I wasn't having a pop at him in my post, what's likely happened is he's passed on the evidence of cheating and then it's out of his hands, and the higher ups did nothing with that evidence. I obviously don't know what goes on at Treyarch, but that's my hunch.

He's here to interact with the community, gather information in cases like these and pass it on to those who are responsible for dealing punishments and/or fixing things.

I appreciate your understanding of this. Players that want me to be judge, jury, and dev in their favor and then paint with broad brushstrokes when outcomes aren't to their liking can be exhausting.

I do my best to be a community advocate at all times and can only share what our studio and various teams have to say when possible.

Shoot the messenger though amirite? 😜

This is not the OP, /u/TopToffee81 is.

You can tell from the gameplay that it's from Xbox.

Your empty replies on these threads are making me more jaded with each comment.

I don't like to make assumptions about the source of a video and objectively the quality of the video is a limiting factor here. So I'm inviting the OP to interact with me and provide the content through a different avenue with hopefully better results.

If that's a problem for you then too bad. I hope you can find a way to deal with it because I am going to continue engaging in the best ways that I can to facilitate what I can.

Happy to respond to threads, but "where you at" is a bit too informal. Just tag me like a normal person. Thanks.

Looks like your thread was removed by the Reddit auto-moderator but I can still view it and will pass it along to our team.

I'll still just report the obvious hackers I come by🤷 and hope they lose their accounts. If they get a new one, well, that's a win for treyarch I guess. But there's a slight chance they also get annoyed by this and will stop buying new accounts at some point. We'll see :)

This commenter plays a fun game of "they don't care" while acknowledging that action is obviously being taken. They are also taking the liberty of broad brushstrokes regarding the complexity of policy enforcement simply because of an outcome that isn't an ideal.

The reality of the situation is that we do care, policy enforcement is the proverbial cat/mouse game, and that the history of video games dictates that there is no permanent solution to cheating.

Our team will continue to observe, investigate, and enforce. I'll pass this along.

Glad to help haha. I've got big bear paws for hands and most OEM controllers give me hand cramps without some form of Kontrolfreeks. The OG Geltabz were a constant before Kontrolfreeks. :P

Thanks again

No problem! I really like the hand-feel for this too. Gets my hands a bit elevated along with some Kontrolfreeks for better grip. It'll never be my comfy PC setup, but this is better than most enhanced controller experiences. Feels right to me.

I really enjoy it. Anything I can do to limit the death of my thumbsticks is a godsend haha.

I eventually made the right paddle my change stance button. Lets me get better slides going.
