In case you have not tried to put -dx11 under the Launch Options, you may try it.
Right click the game on steam library, go to properties and type -dx11 under the Launch Options, and if you manage to get into the game, disable DX12 in the settings. Even if this does not work, please contact our support through the link below.

It's really important to us to be aware of players' opinions, which we of course are and trying to do all the time!
Basically you can encounter AI-controlled enemies in the game, but I also get your idea of extensive scenario of AI concept.

It's a really good sign that you haven't met one so far and I wish you this later in the game.

We hope that you have noticed by now that we at Sharkmob try our best to keep an ear to the ground on what our player base thinks, and we wanted to take this one step further by inviting you into the design process for a possible ranked mode!

We think that something like ranked mode is a great place to start for a community-driven initiative like this. Ranked modes cater to dedicated players, so instead of us starting development with assumptions about what you might expect, we wanted to get your input BEFORE we start development.

We think that this approach is not only more transparent but will also let us develop the right features in the right order, as we will have a clear understanding of what the most important aspects of a ranked mode are for our players.

Hello,

At release of Early Access there was a bug that kept the anti-cheat running for a while after the game was shut down. That bug was fixed shortly after it was discovered. The anti-cheat now shuts down with the game. It still operates on kernel level though, like most other anti-cheats of its kind, because that is where it needs to be in order to deal with the cheating.

I'm really sorry to hear about your bad experience with cheaters, but I got some good news for you!

We really thank you for all your reports- the program is still learning and collects data, so the more information we gather about cheaters, the better!

Just yesterday we released a new client update which further tightens our Anti-Cheat, you can read more about it on our Discord or Twitter.
Unfortunately having an anticheat doesn't mean there will be no cheaters, but in any case, I wish you wouldn't come across them anymore.
