It's only for new players so they get a chance to get familiar with the archetypes and abilities before playing against the experienced players.

This patch allows us to switch between Duo and Trio modes. It was a request by the community and we will keep an eye on the feedback. Being able to switch between the do allows us many more options than what we had with just Trio.

The reason behind that may be some kind of a Third party software ( like boosting apps that improve performance) that you have installed and is interfering with the game, as well as not accepting the ACE agreement in the beginning of the game. Luckily, you are not really banned, it is just the game that detects that and disconnects you automatically.

If you don't want to appear "online" I advise you to Launch Steam and click on "Friends" at the top of the window if you're on PC, select "Offline" in the drop-down menu.
Your profile should now appear offline to your Steam friends.
