@LoganBrawl @supercell There is many different paths. The most common is to get a base education (ex. communications related) and then start with a smaller studio, and indie company or an entry level role and then work your way up.
But there are other ways. @RLighton was a Reddit mod for example.

It's way too early to decide if there are any changes necessary for Duels to work. To give out more total trophies the game mode would have to be longer.
