The biggest challenge at Supercell was the transition from Head of PX to Game Lead. So much to learn!

@JoakimBS @supercell Depends a bit on how "mature" the game is. Game Leads are *not* calling the shots. We just help the team to fullfil their vision. Ofc often we have opinions on our own. It's hard to surrender your own ideas for the bigger good and priorities.
