(excuse my lack of info on this topic, I couldn't find anything online and a few weeks back I got to ask another player here on reddit and they said the opposite of what you say, that after getting rhe maxed out version you cannot get back to the basic one)

Heya, no we are afraid not. We don't have any news on that coming to the global version.
Is this for all servers?
Yes! This is for "global", but generally all of this is seasonal so it should be in other regions too (like Garena). However, the thing that usually can change per region is events + sales, sometimes just timing though.
Is it really possible to win all of this in one go?
The largest amount is 200 fragments at once, so it's not possible to unlock the entire weapon in one cache.
Heya, that event was specific to certain regions only last season, same with Ramadan and Carnival. We are afraid if you are not in the applicable region, like India for Holi, then you wouldn't have seen the event.

noticed a little bug here, I don't see the uss9 nerf, can someone explain?
Haha, huge bug for sure. Clearly the correct approach to SMGs is to buff everything, but for the latest buffs you can see we are trying to lift up ARs a bit in general to help them be competitive. The general approach more often is to balance via competitive buffing then to nerf everything. We'll see how that shakes out over this season though and what we end up adjusting for S4.
When’s the Global update?
For the actual update on the store? Should be coming soon (likely tomorrow or beginning of next week), but we'll check on timing. Either way, like normal it will be several days before the season release.

Hey all, we've haven't seen this one come up as a repeatable bug but instead like many of you all were noting where it fixed on its own after adjusting the settings, playing a bit, or reinstalling. However, for anyone that is getting this consistently can you just let us know what device you are on so we can try to investigate it?
Hey all, checking in to see if others are seeing this too? We looked into this and aren't seeing anything like this (it's taking a very small amount of MB for us). However, it might be something specific to certain devices or an error. Could anyone else running into this just reply back and let us know what device you are using?
Our patented answer for just about anything haha. It's certainly possible! We've actually added plenty of futuristic designs in the past, but like others noted it is usually in the form of blueprints altering the weapon into something that looks futuristic, but we do have a few weapons (and operator skills) already from COD: Infinite Warfare.
Hi when will you guys get fixed to the bot situation? Especially the bots in rank. They are legit better than a lot of legendary players
They are running and hit firing and killing you cross maps with the type 19, type 25, asval, m13, rus etc
Simplify step slightly in the open you are dead before you had a chance
Hey, we've actually checked into quite a few of these whenever they look like it might be bugs and most of the time we've got the match results back, and playbacks, with no obvious issue based on the high rank of that match where the high rank players were still beating them (despite them being hard to fight). There were of course a few bugs we did confirm too though, which we'll try to fix whenever it pops up, so if you have any clips or info showing that we'd be happy to check it.
