It is finally time for a brand-new update. You can find a large majority of the information about everything out today, but also a great many things are coming later in October or early November. We’ll be detailing that all a lot more on Tuesday October 14th at 5 pm (PT) once Season 11 Anniversary releases, but before we jump into the patch notes we just had two topics to bring up in advance.

Haha, we knew that was widely requested and we finally got it in there! Glad to hear you dig it.

Happy Birthday, but no we are afraid not! That would have been a lovely birthday gift though. It is coming very soon though and depending on your time zone it may still release during your actual birthday. Those update times are always pretty iffy, so that's generally why we are quiet about them until it is officially confirmed and out there.

All we can ask is to please reserve your judgement until the anniversary season actually comes out. For everyone saying "what did Activision give us with this anniversary" can you please wait until the anniversary season actually releases haha? How can you even guess that at this moment?

These types of posts confuse and disappoint us a lot since it is just based on...what? Datamining? The season hasn't released in any version of the game yet, but if you have the same criticism after the update and season release occur then that's completely fair game. Only a few days more until you can properly make those judgements.

Haha, no we cannot. We don't respond to leaks as a general policy. Sure, they happen but we won't let it define our schedule for releasing and revealing that content. It isn't much further away though, you'll get an answer to that relatively soon.

Heya, we untagged this one as a leak because this is just from our Vietnam version of the game. No leaks involved here. For all of you folks on global you should be seeing a very similar pop-up in-game soon! As you might expect, all of our promotions, social posts, and reveals for this season are starting up just about now and leading up to launch. Enjoy!

We know this post is a bit old now, but we saw that as well and found that if you played any mode or played any video (like the lucky draw one) it would reset it back to normal. However, if anyone is still seeing this after playing matches, restarting the game, and it just isn't going away then please reply here and let us know.
