If you have an issue with how someone is moderating or answering the forums then please take it up with them in a PM or any other staff member you want to contact about it. We’re always open to hear opinions on how we can improve.

I feel that the only reason this post was created, is to put someone on the spot and bullying them. There is zero reason to make a topic about this issue and yes, it is indeed against our Community Guidelines.

Bullying and Personal Insults
Picking on, or pointing out, others’ flaws is not constructive
“You obviously don’t speak english/lack reading comprehension/[insert personal attack here]”

Using “no offense but” is intentionally offending someone and is pretty clear bully behavior. No offense is completely negated by the use of “but”.

Regarding your claim that Ignasi didn’t answer the post: You are very welcome to send me a PM and I am happy to explain in detail why I completely agree with how Ignasi handled the reply in that case.
