Yes, these drops are not currently available in game or in any paid DLC at the moment, and have been created for the purpose of this campaign.

The same way as with PC. We will release more information on how to link your accounts and unlock the content once the campaign starts.

There will be announcements with details on those features once we approach their respective launch dates. Both are being worked on at the moment, adding new features to the server transfer feature, and adapting the thrall cap to the new features introduced with Siptah.
So, TLDR again, once we approach the final date of each feature, we’ll post an announcement

Numbers are still being worked on, but yes. They will be larger than the originally announced 100 for a maxed clan.
