Apologies for the inconvenience. We’re still investigating possible hardware malfunctions in that server cluster. We’ll update or answer to this post once we’ve concluded and server 1501 is brought back online.

Update: We’re still conducting maintenance on server 1501. There seems to have been some hardware malfunction that resulted in a database corruption with possible losses of data. It is possible that we’ll have to restore its database from a prior backup unaffected by this corruption (from the night before it happened and was detected). No ETA yet on when the server will be back up, but our team is working on it.
We’re still working on it and we hope to have it up and running as soon as possible. We’re aware this may sound vague, but we’re trying to make sure we got the issue correctly identified, dealt with and that it doesn’t happen again whenever the server finally goes up.
We’ll try to keep you posted with any news of its progress.

Server might experience some up and downtime at the moment as we’re still conducting operations in it to ensure stability. Maintenance is still happening at the moment.

We hope to have it resolved within the next few hours. Our team is still running some tests so you might see the server come online a few times. Until we update this thread to announce maintenance is complete we’d recommend not jumping in as there will probably be loss of progress.

We’ll hope this is the last update regarding this issue. We’re bringing server 1501 back online and maintenance is over. We’ve replaced the database with the latest backup from February 8th, which doesn’t present the corruption issue within its data.
