Thank you for your report. Can you please share your saved and log files with us?

You can find them by following:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved

It should be the “game” file for Exiled Lands or “dlc_siptah” for Isle of Siptah.

And for the logs:

Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Logs

We understand this issue is quite frustrating to you all, but, just to clarify, we do not have any restrictions on our side that may cause this connection refusal.

Please make sure that your connection to Steam or Epic Games Store is still intact, as this may be the root of the issue.
