Thank you for your report. Please follow the steps to verify your game files:

1. Open Steam
2. In Library, click with the right button on the game and select “Properties”
3. Select the Installed files
4. Select Verify integrity of game files….

Thank you for the logs. When my colleague suggested the “verify files”, did you notice if Steam found corrupted files?

By any chance, have you tried to perform a fresh installation of the game?

Can you please share the MS Info log?

In order to generate an MSInfo file please follow the steps below:
1 - Press Win+R and in the displayed dialog box type “msinfo32”
2 - It should show a new screen called “System information” where underneath it should display “File”, click “File” while “System Summary” is highlighted and then “Export”
3 - Name your file as you see fit and save it to an easy-to-find location
4 - Send that file our way
