Can you check your internet connection and try to run Conan Exiles again?
Also if the issue is still persisting, can you also try a reinstall and see if this will help?

I can’t find any f the crafting tables in my list since the update. Has anyone else found they can’t find the crafting stuff
Hey there, in your inventory you need to craft the construction hammer. Once you've done that, equip it and hit the F button. A new and organized window will pop up with everything you've unlocked for crafting.
