Is this the Steam or MS store edition please?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log

Destrark said: Hello. I am having the same problem with the game freezing on a white screen with a barely visible ck3 logo and progress circle when I try to go to the map.
Is this when starting the game, loading an existing save, or starting a new campaign?
Destrark said: Which mods are used doesn't appear to matter.
What if you use no mods at all?

You should check with HP and Intel for an update to that 2015 video driver.

That sounds like a separate problem - these are saves with no mods in use also?

Intel have a driver for that video system from this year:

Downloads for Intel® HD Graphics 4600

Download new and previously released drivers including support software, bios, utilities, firmware and patches for Intel products. downloadcenter.intel.com
If the .exe version won't install ue to HP's restrictions, you may need to do a manual install of the .zip version there.

For the save issue, it sounds like you had one corrupted save file and that prevented the game from reading any of them.
