There's no mention of the game itself in that dxdiag. Several errors to do with Windows updates and the MS gaming app, even a crash in Task Manager. Are you having any sort of general Windows problem, would you say?

Are you starting the game from the MS store app or the Xbox app? Whichever one, try the other.

And in the MS store app, check for updates and apply everything it finds, then reboot.

That really looks like a Windows update problem of some sort, I have to say. Whether related to this game I'm not sure.

Do you see our launcher and problem comes in starting the game from it? Or you never see the launcher?

You are still getting a bunch of errors that I don't see in my own copy of that game edition.

In your OP here you mention "an initialising bug", but in your last post you were able to play it for 10 minutes then it froze. Those seem like two different problems! Has it changed while we've been looking into it?

You may as well update that nVidia driver, there's a slightly newer one now:
Download Drivers | NVIDIA
And run the Windows Updater app, apply anything it finds.

Then run this Windows repair tool:
