[2020] 100% crash rate when starting a new game (since Launch)

I'm very sorry for your poor experience with this game. You are clearly having a GPU-related issue, but exactly why I cannot see.

What I suggest is this:

- uninstall the existing AMD driver with this tool
https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx - reboot
- install the one from May 2020 from here:
https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-rx-vega-series/radeon-rx-vega-series/radeon-rx-vega-64 - reboot again
