[2022] Streaming CK3 on Xbox Series X not working: This game doesn't support live streaming

I guess that message makes it pretty clear. Whether there is any plan to change that I have no idea, I am sorry!

You could request that feature in the Suggestions forum, and when there is next a DD for the Console edition ask in that thread too.
