This article lists the download links for the latest versions of Visual C++ Redistributable packages. support.microsoft.com And run the x86 and x64 installers there.

If that doesn't help, Any chance of testing it on another machine, or a different user ID on this machine?

Can I ask why that would be? You don't have the single-user edition of Windows.


I don't think the Gamepass app has a verify function, but can you try a clean reinstall of the game in case it didn't install properly?

Thanks, but I don't see anything in there to explain what's happening to you. Hopefully your report to the devs will produce a fix for you in the next patch!
