[2024] Darktide locked to ~20fps after restarts/long sleep, seems driver related

To rule out any weirdness from Windows Defender to start with, could you try this?:

1. Navigate to ‘Windows Security’
2. Select ‘Virus & Thrat protection’
3. Select ‘Manage Settings’
4. Scroll down to ‘Exclusions’ and select ‘Add or remove exclusions’
5. Add the Folder: Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer 40,000 DARKTIDE
