Use in-game maps, tourist trails and road signs for navigation.
Also the sun, stars and compass can help with orientation. For out of game support we recommend iZurvive from your app store

@Dryfrts You set your filters in the server browser wrong, "show" means you are looking precisely for these types of servers. Disable the filters and you should see more servers appear.
