Forums and Discord can be accurate depending on who answers the question. Discord is always faster in responses cause its a chat program and more people active over there.

As I said as well, it says, "NO STREAMING, SCREENSHOTS, SHARING YOUR EXPERIENCE OR OPINION, VIDEOS OR POSTS CAN BE MADE"

Hello! Early Access is estimated to be ready sometime in 2022!  

No it is not allowed.  

The NDA says clearly that you are NOT allowed to make any kind of content, be it posting your opinion of the closed alpha, making videos, streams etc.  

Sadly everyone is required to speak english as we do not speak other languages fluently.
