Sadly the backing is closed atm, we anticipated to get more backers when the CA started but sadly it is not an option. You might need to wait till early access now next year.  

Every person who backed the game, got their code. Kickstarter, indiegogo or wherever they backed the game. When there is a problem with the key being not delivered people need to contact one of the mods and we sort things out.

Everyone, even the people on kickstarter and indiegogo, find their keys in the QI website on their profile.  

You need to look up the refund policy and either ask for a refund on xsolla or indiegogo, depending on where you backed it.

Also please write in english only.

Depending on the package people have bought, yes. For example, the Double Barrel package comes with 1 extra key for a friend.  

Currently you can not purchase a backer package until further notice. The store should open back up before CA ends though.
