It’s been an exciting few months since Diablo IV was released to players around the world. We launched our first Season, a number of updates and of course, slayed copious amounts of Demons. With Season of Blood arriving on October 17, we wanted to spend some time covering some of the changes—big and small—coming to Diablo IV. Mark your calendar for October 10 at 11 a.m. PDT! Our next Campfire Chat will spill crimson-coated knowledge about Patch 1.2.0, which releases on October 17.

Members of the development team and associate director of community Adam Fletcher will be providing additional context around changes made to these systems: damage balance, Resistances, Item Power, Unique items, and Class balance. They’ll also give a taste of updates coming with future Patch 1.2.1 and hold a Q&A segment at the end of the stream for players to field their questions directly to the team.

Fresh from a packed Developer Update Livestream, the team provided an overview of the Season of Blood and a trove of quality-of-life updates. For a quick top-level preview, we are adding more Endgame activities, significantly increasing Experience gains to reduce the journey to Level 100 and increasing the ability to specifically target Uniques and Uber Uniques.

Diablo IV’s second season begins on October 17 at 10 a.m. PDT. Dare to look fanged destruction in the face and send it back to Hell with a new Season Journey, Questline, Season Event, deadly blood-driven enemies, Battle Pass, and more. Plus, new Uber Endgame bosses have arrived in Sanctuary to increase the variety of endgame activities in Diablo IV. Blessings Aplenty: Earn Increased Experience and Gold

From September 1, 10 a.m.– September 5, 10 a.m. PDT, all players will earn XP and Gold at a 25% increased rate. The Mother blesses all of her children, as this bonus applies to both Seasonal and Eternal Realms, and all World Tiers. This bonus stacks, so make sure to pair them with Elixirs and the Urn of Experience to maximize your experience gains.
