[2022] Gamepad AND keyboard controls don't work after zoning

Since yesterday's patch, I'm sometimes losing gamepad AND keyboard controls after zoning into a new area. Sometimes after arriving in a new zone, only the movement (L stick) works on the gamepad. No other buttons/triggers/etc. work. Unfortunately, NOTHING works on the keyboard, not even WSAD or Esc. Because of that, I have to go out to Windows and manually kill the game because there's no way for me to log out.

This never happened before yesterday's patch. I had the keyboard/gamepad setting on "automatic". I've switched the setting to "gamepad" to see if that helps. I'll update this post if I still experience the problem.
