[2020] Friends list will sometimes become empty after todays maintenance

Hi @parietic! One of our Engineers is looking into this and we have a few follow-up questions.

[*] Is this issue still happening to you? If so, at what frequency is it happening?
[*] Also, if the issue is still happening, have you noticed if it's happening only when you first log in? Or is it also happening when you transition between zones? (Any other "triggers" you've noticed?)
