[2020] Stillwaters Retreat homestead has invisible walls now (invis walls did not exist pre-Markarth patch)

I purchased Stillwaters Retreat a few weeks ago. I made a staircase that leads to an upstairs area. That area is now walled off by an invisible walls.

Here is the entry after going down the the first set of stairs to help you get your bearing.




This is the player created staircase just past the entry and to the right.





And here you can see the avatar walking into the invisible wall. Note: That entire upstairs section is now not accessible.
